What are the payment options?

Generally cash. Credit cards are only accepted for private treatment. eg: patients without an insurance card

How long/how many sessions does the treatment take?

The first visit typically takes around an hour, and visits following vary depending on the nature of the treatment.

How many sessions will I have to visit?

The number of sessions will depend on the condition of the teeth and the treatment method. The decision will be made after a diagnosis during the initial consultation. If you are unable to come to the clinic, please let us know at the beginning.

Can I continue the orthodontic treatment I received in my home country here?

A consultation with the dentist is required to determine availability/compatibility.

Can you see me even though I am in treatment at another clinic?

We will do our best to accommodate as much as possible. Please also understand that we may not be able to handle some cases.

Can you issue a medical certificate?

It will be necessary to have the patient verify the required statements with the affiliated private insurance company. Also, the patient will need to confirm whether there is a specific format required by the insurance company, or whether our format is enough. A fee (issuance fee) of 5,500 yen will be charged.

How long does it take to issue a medical certificate?
