The Tokushinkai Group was founded in 1981 in Niitsu City, Niigata Prefecture (now Akiha Ward, Niigata City), a small rural town with a population of about 60,000. We started out as an ordinary small dental clinic with three treatment units and six staff members, but since our founding we have always continued to pursue the ideal form of patient-centered dental care. As of April 2025, we have grown into an organization with 86 locations around the world, with over 1,400 staff members representing 10 nationalities. We are one of the largest dental medical groups in Japan, treating approximately 700,000 patients annually, which is equivalent to approximately 0.3% of the total number of dental patients in Japan. In the field of dental technology, we also have manufacturing bases and design centers in Japan, the United States (LA, Dallas), Myanmar, and Thailand (Bangkok), and are involved in the manufacture of dental prostheses for countries around the world.
